Nike is gearing up to release the “White/Red” Air Max 90/1 later this year. The latest Frankenstein creation from the Swoosh fuses the upper of the “OG Red” Air Max 1 with the midsole and outsole of the Air Max 90.

Unlike the original Air Max 1s, this pair will go for an entirely leather upper instead of the usual mesh and suede construction. A colourway of red, white and grey combines in this classic rendition. Bright red Swoosh branding on the side panel. Air Max logo on the tongue and insole. Visible Air unit fused on the white midsole ensures comfort. A mix of red and black outsole provides secure traction.

While an exact release date is still to be announced, official looks of the product could mean that this pair may arrive sooner than its original Fall 2018 projection. Keep it in check for the “White/Red” Nike Air Max 90/1 to hit selected UK and European retailers later this fall of the year.
