The Nike Air Fear Of God Pack Releasing On April 27th this Summer/Spring season Lorenzo’s interpretation of sneaker that helped fuel his burning desire, the Nike Air Fear Of God, is highlighting a filled-to-the-brim collection of vibrant styles and colourways for both sneakers and apparel. Jerry Lorenzo’s love with sneakers was indeed in the peak and began while he was in high school as a sophomore when a peer walked in the class wearing a pair of Nike Air Raids. The frontman of the FoG a.k. A Fear Of God fell in love right then and there with those shoes outside of Jordan. He admired the colour blocking and subtle nuances of the geometric patterns present on the pump, with the forefoot, crossed straps creating a tenacity.
Lorenzo said he was attracted to Air Raid right after a kid walked in the class with it. He said “The colours. It was like, oh my God, what is that?”.
He further added that “It became interconnected with all these other real emotional things that were happening at the time of the shoe.” Lorenzo went in full research mode after that encounter and soon learned more about the Air Raid, he learned that the shoe was born from a basketball design ethos that has helped pave the way for his current aesthetic endeavours featured all over his Nike Air Fear Of God exclusive collections.
The FoG Raid will be available in three colourways with this capsule, two tonal takes that include a Pure Platinum and a Black variant and a combination of the two that serves a considerable nod back to the pair that has since fueled his fire back in high school ages ago.
Jerry will be dropping two striking colourways for the Fear Of God1 alongside this Trio. One in Total Orange and the other one in Mind Green which will be debuting the low cut FoG Moccasin in soft muted pink. The sneakers as mentioned won’t be releasing on their own. A double hooded sweatshirt and a new t-shirt also along with them is the Nike Air Fear Of God pant and short that is going to be accompanied by them.
