adidas has stormed the sneaker world with their latest innovative take with the Futurecraft 4D. We have already seen many collaboration pieces within the 4D technology. And the German brand is involving more of their top of the line sneakers to this list. For the next take on the Futurecraft, adidas is focusing on one of their most esteemed collaborator the Y-3 sneaker lines. The adidas Y-3 Runner 4D Black Neon shows us how a sneaker that has the famous Yohji Yamamoto’s iconic brand perfectly balanced with a streamlined, minimalistic design. This sneaker is more fashionable with its futuristic look than you can think of.
The sneaker comes dressed in an elegant pitch black colour on the top. The upper is constructed with Primeknit material. It gives a good volume of air to flow and keeps the feet fresh with lightweight comfortability. The sneaker is a one piece built. So you get a snug, sock-like fit. The side wall has a unique three stripes design that is delivered by black piping. There are black strings that surround the heel and runs through these back pipes and holds the rubber lace structure. A cords style lace is used here. There is a black leather panel on the heel and the medial side of the toe. Y3 branding drops on the tongue and the heel. There is embroidered Yohji Yamamoto’s signature on the heel. In the underneath sits the jewel of this footwear piece; a full-length 4D printed Futurecraft midsole that comes in the signature light mint green colourway. Finishing this beauty is a black rubber outsole with a right amount of traction.
