The 40th anniversary of the Nike Air Force 1 is being celebrated in a variety of ways, with new versions of the silhouette produced on a regular basis. At the same time, the newest colourway incorporates a range of materials and accessories that pay tribute to the tools it has employed previously. Nike's latest Nike Air Force 1 Low Bling Gold celebrates the sneaker's 40th anniversary in a big way. This new version of the shoe comes dressed in a Black and White colour scheme. It features a full-grain leather upper with perforations on the toe box and side panels. The midsole is done in White, while the outsole is translucent. Other details include a Nike Air branding on the tongue, heel tab and insole.

This new Nike Air Force 1 comes with a mix of ballistic nylon and tumbled leather on the upper, with a mini Swoosh on the lateral side and perforations throughout. The tongue and heel tabs come in black, while the laces are bright neon green. Finally, a white midsole and black outsole complete the look.

The construction goes against Air Force 1's normal pattern, alternating between dark and light brown shades. The overlays, for example, are a patchwork of different materials such as ripstop, mesh, leather, and so on. Accessories then provide a luxury touch to the pair's overall appearance with gilded hardware, licensed plates, and jewellery attached to various components of the upper.
