The Beaverton sportswear label is releasing another Air Jordan 1 Mid. In the last few years, the mid-top variant of Michael Jordan's iconic Air Jordan 1 basketball trainers has piqued the interest of sneakerheads and regular civilians. Last year, the Beaverton brand teamed up with Chicago's infamous jeweller RSVP Gallery to release the exclusive "Chicago" Air Jordan 1 Mid. This time around, Nike is collaborating with newly opened sneaker boutique RSVP Gallery's sister store, Kicks Sole Provider, which has been featured in Complex Magazine twice. The mega collab will feature the Air Jordan 1 Mid Cement Grey. Visit FastSole to see the latest release.
The once-performance basketball shoe is now a lifestyle model, and the new Cement Grey colourway will turn heads on any street. With a grey suede upper and white Italian lambskin leather toe-box, the shoe has a premium look to it. The beige shoelaces add colour to an otherwise dark pair of kicks. Black accents on the Swoosh logo and midsole give it an edgy touch that is not too loud. On the back heel, we can see Kicks Sole Provider's logo in black.
This AJ1 Mid features tumbled leather panels instead of smooth leather, giving the shoe a luxurious feel. The toe boxes, quarters, and collars are black, while the overlaying panels display the "Cement Grey" hue. Additionally, the neutral colour is contrasted by hits of white on the midsoles and outsoles. Nike and Jordan branding details are included in white -- like Swoosh logos, Jumpman tags on tongues, and Wings insignia to balance out the contrast. All-day comfort is guaranteed with a full-length Air midsole unit beneath your feet, making these 1985 Peter Moore-designed Jordan trainers perfect for any activity.
