The Jordan Brand Summer 2022 release was revealed in the latest SNKRS Live, and while most of the merchandise was already known to us, there was one never-before-seen product that debuted. That would be the women’s exclusive  Air Jordan 8 Retro available in adult sizes, which hasn't been released since December 2020. This is big news for sneakerheads everywhere, as the Air Jordan 8 is one of the most popular models in the entire Jordan Brand line. While it's been released numerous times over the years, it's always been a men's model — until now. The women's exclusive Air Jordan 8 Taxi Black Womens pair is sure to be a hit with fans of the brand.

The "Taxi" Air Jordan 8 is named as such due to its black and yellow colour scheme, which resembles that of a taxi cab. The upper part of the shoe is made entirely out of black leather, with two shades of yellow adorning the midsole and the patterned mudguards. The ankle lockdown straps are also coloured in a golden yellow, while the chenille tongue logo combines with a bright volt-like hue. A black and white "1993" graphic on the inner tongue and a yellow Jumpman logo on the heel complete the theme of this Air Jordan 8.

The company is yet to reveal many specifics about the Air Jordan 8 Taxi Black Womens, but it appears as though Nike will announce its long-rumoured kick soon. The AJ8 latest iteration release date has not yet been announced, but rumours suggest it will hit shelves in June 2022 and retail for £110.
