The Union LA x Nike Cortez these days made its legit debut, dressing up in "Sesame" and "Off-Noir." And soon, two extra colourways will be hitting the shelves, one of which — the "Lemon Frost" — has surfaced through official images. Relative to its counterparts, as mentioned earlier, the "Lemon Frost" seems a lot brighter aesthetically, as it executes white suede from its toe to its heel. And underneath, the woven fabric opts for vibrant pastels, alternating between hits of pink-ish and soft purple.
These, alongside the sky blue stitching throughout, complement the vivid yellows that cover the Swoosh, heel tab, and tongue tag. And the fore of the eye stays. Finished with the traditional Union touch, this upcoming "Un-Cortez" should be coming soon, maybe in July. But until we get more, sit tight and appreciate the legitimate photos above.
To go alongside the Nike Dunk Low and Air Jordan 2 collabs, Union Los Angeles will also be launching a different version of the Cortez collab in a couple of colour options. The Union x Nike Cortez comes built with a canvas textile-like base with suede overlays. Union's UN/LA tags are visible on the lateral forefoot whilst their signature Frontman brand is stamped on the heels. Co-branded cork insoles atop Crater Foam soles finish the design.
