Who wants a rugged look this winter? The upcoming New Balance 991 Made in UK Brown Navy is here to make your winter days fun and cosy! It’s a special release from the iconic Boston sneakers label with two distinct colour palettes for the colder days. However, nobody can stop you from flaunting the trainers for running, even in summer or autumn. The fact is, this particular Brown Navy palette is absolute bliss for the chilly winter and the materials are perfect for autumn. And let’s not question its summer-ready features! So, in short, this silo fits whatever plans you have for any season.

It’s been some time since we saw a subtle theme from the New Balance team. For example, Shy Pink from April. Every other pair in between have been bolder and more intimidating in terms of colours. The latest one, Olive Burgundy, might have possibly paved the way for this particular Brown Navy. As you can see, both dark and smokey shades play on the upper and the logo or the midsole balance the darkness with creamy neutral tones. We’ll discuss more about it here. The Brown Navy palette is dominated by chocolate brown. As a result, the midfoot, toe box, collar, and tongue tab wear smokey navy tones. Brown on the overlays makes the New Balance N logo pop off brightly. Secondly, the Encap midsole wears the cream white for a nice frothy contrast to the cocoa palette. Dark stucco brown laces and the branding embroidery on the tongue tab complement the rest of the silo.

As for materials, the premium combination of nylon mesh, leather, and sultry suede was never a pass for New Balance kicks. This one comes with the same arrangement, and trust us when we say the materials will perform far better this time than the previous ones.
