For the summer bloom, another vibrant New Balance 580 version with a grey foundation has appeared. Meet the New Balance 580 Grey Multi.

The New Balance 580, once available only in Japan, has subsequently established a cult following in the global sneakerdom by catering to the trail-running punk scene’s fascination with colourful, catchy ensembles. The Boston-based company continues to reference the colour scheme used in Action Bronson’s Baklava line, but the Rollbar-assisted model gets a far more ominous lifestyle makeover by covering its nubuck and suede overlays in a darkened shadow grey.

The upcoming release begins with a magenta open mesh construction on the toes, tongues, and ankles. This is followed by various grey hues on the hairy suede and nubuck overlays on the toes, mudguards, heels, side panels, and the “N” logo gracing the side panels. Blue, orange, and green are then added to the overlays for an additional pop of colour, and a black rubber outsole completes the design.
