A debut sneaker collaboration is on its way! Here comes Stone Island New Balance RC Elite White, a partnership between an Italian luxury apparel line from Ravarino and the iconic New Balance team of sneakers. It’s their first collaboration, and the line-up looks amazing already! The Stone Island team has decided to remake and re-engineer some of the NB trainers to run in a fresh look- RC Elite. The renditions are stylish and foot-friendly versions of the regular running and performance shoes.

A lot is happening in this New Balance silo. Stone Island intervenes with the construction and makes it way more luxurious and dependable. With the inclusion of lightweight FuelCell midsole, carbon fibre plate, 3D knit upper body, and race-ready vamp, everything about this shoe is highly engineered and season-perfect. A debut collab is not very common by the year-end. But Stone Island New Balance collab seems to work it out. The team-up ensures maximum speed and comfort, pulling their own unique engineering and technology and bringing them together for a single pair. You can see how this design looks different from all the other releases previously.

First of all, let’s start with the colour scheme. The upper body is predominantly white. As a result, white hits the laces, tongue tab, midsole, inner lining, everything. Stone Island’s compass logo on the forefoot and the tongue branding (Tokyo Design Studio New Balance) pop with crimson red for a gorgeous contrast. You can notice the different logos on the different forefoot. For a first-time collab, this theme is obviously pretty minimal with colours.

New Balance and Stone Island collab was announced and confirmed last March. Both brands tend to take calculated risks and have solid craftsmanship. The collaboration can enrich each of their legacy and heritage with higher engineering, infusion, and improvement. It’s an unmissable collab for 2021.
