Nike's new major venture, the Nike Epic React Flyknit Black, which the brand unofficially hopes to be the huge competitor of adidas' BOOST shoe line, will soon be launched in a clean Black with the slight hint of the blue edition. Nike raised the veil of Epic React at the beginning of this month as the result of years of research in a new and groundbreaking solar engineering. The so-called React technology should be both lighter, more robust and more energy-returning than any other kind of foam on the market and thus be the leading new sole technology. However, Epic React is not only made for runners, but also for the lifestyle segment, looking for comfortable shoes with a fresh design. Epic React has so far been presented in two colourful editions, and now they have a completely black version. Epic React Black comes with a black Flyknit top, a black React sole, and a dark blue React band around the heel as the only contrasting detail. All in all, it has an elegant composition that has an honest chance of adidas' hyper-popular Ultra Boost. It will no doubt be interesting to see how Epic React is performing in the coming months.
