The main reason behind it is the rumour surfacing famous rapper Drake when back in 2014 he hinted at doing a collab with the AJ under OVO banner. Well, looks like it will become reality owing to the fact that AJ 12 OVO Black Stingray is on its way to drop in February 2017.

AJ12 OVO Black Stingray will be smeared in a purely blacked-out soft nubuck covering. The stingray mudguard will be complementing the shoe with its genius touch of slickness. The insole wears Drake’s Golden Owl emblem. And the heel will feature Jordan’s iconic number “23” in embossed design which marks the legend’s jersey number. The tongue will see a regular Jumpman branding and dark eye-catching metallic eyelets gives the silhouette much rough yet stylish look. A modest use of light golden OVO element completes this collab.
