Nike Is Set To Add A Ripstop Silo to the Air Humara Family

There is nothing undesirable about the Air Humara’s breezy adaptability, which combines a vintage ACG trail shoe look, including features from the original ’97 Humara, with luxurious materials and next-level construction. The Nike Air Humara has gained popularity steadily since its introduction in 1997, most recently in the fashion world, as a result of a popular three-pair collaboration with Jacquemus. And now, the team deviates from the comfort zone as Nike is set to add a Ripstop silo to the Air Humara family!

Leaving the basics behind

For the first time, Nike and Jacquemus collaborated to redesign the Air Humara as the Air Humara LX last year. The Swoosh has since returned to the Humara’s 1997 heritage with trail-ready renditions ranging from “Faded Spruce” to “Midnight Navy,” moving beyond its hiking roots and choosing a more fun approach. With the upcoming release, it expands with a redesigned sneaker build that swaps out the traditional mesh with ripstop.

Ripstop deets

Vivid orange leather overlays and a delicate pink complement each other to create a unique colour scheme. The shoes’ weather-resistant gum sole supports the style, and the pink and white checkerboard cloth wraps the midsole.

The leather mudguard matches the pink ripstop core and has a noticeable design with subtle Nike and Air branding. Last but not least, unreadable writing that resembles the last stroke of a blue ballpoint pen is imprinted on the medial heel of the midsole, potentially indicating the inspiration for this colourway. Additionally, the heel and forefoot have air cushioning, giving you a feeling that equals floating on clouds!

Nike is set to add a Ripstop silo to the Air Humara family. However, there is currently no word on the Nike Air Humara’s ripstop-backed colourway’s release date.
