Jordan Brand sponsors nine collegiate sporting programs, ranging from three HBCUs to Power 5 institutions. The aforementioned universities have just started getting their unique luxuriously-filled Air Jordan 1 Low OG models customized to match each campus’s colour scheme. The Georgetown Hoyas is the newest institution in the Jumpman family to obtain their own PE, having recently hired former Providence head coach Ed Cooley to oversee the men’s basketball team.

The deets

Sail, Grey, and Navy Blue make up this Air Jordan 1 Low’s colour scheme. While Sail leather is used for the upper and tongues, the Swoosh emblems on the sides are decorated with a Navy safari-like texture. Like the other pairs, the shoes receive cracked leather on the overlays, but in grey. The Georgetown “G” logo, quilted satin lining, and a small embroidered Swoosh on the lateral forefoot are additional details of the silhouette. Lastly, a light gum rubber outsole and sail midsole complete the design.
