It looks like, the Air Jordan 12 “Taxi” is on its way, and now official images of the retros have emerged. In the Nike teases, the classic white and black runner maintains a pebbled black leather overlay with hints of red and a tumbled white leather upper. Gold and yellow decorations follow gold eyelets on the lacing system on the sole featuring iconic “23” numbering and a yellow/black pattern.

Jordan Brand swathed up a complete Summer 2022 release preview in the latest instalment of SNKRS Live. And while almost all of the goods are something known to us. There was one never-before-seen release revealed for the first time. That would be the women’s exclusive Air Jordan 8 Retro in adult sizes, the first such drop since December 2020. Dubbed the “Taxi”, this black and yellow Air Jordan 8 features a full black leather upper with a matching sole. At the same time, two tones of a bright yellow adorn the midsole upper and the patterned mudguards. The lockdown straps on the ankle are also flooded in a golden yellow, while the chenille tongue logo combines with a bright volt-like hue.

The thrill over these beautiful perforated trainers is immaculate right now, and it’s only an affair of time before the sneakers take over the paths. You’ve got to prepare to get your hands on these. Today, Nike’s SNKRS app hosted a live stream featuring in-hand looks at Jordan Brand’s Summer 2022 retro collection. Included in the group are lately seen pairs like the Air Jordan 3 “Neapolitan”. Air Jordan 5 “Green Bean” and “Desert Elephant” and Air Jordan 6 “Red Oreo”. The stream also included the first look at a forthcoming women’s Air Jordan 8. This women’s exclusive AJ8 dons a “Taxi and Opti-Yellow” colour scheme. And uses a black-based leather upper flavoured with two different shades of yellow around. The brighter Opti-Yellow fills in a portion of the accent colours, including the background of the chenille Jumpman emblem. While the gold-like Taxi makes up the majority of the impacts.
