This is a bold new silhouette. At first glance, it doesn’t quite fit in with the former mentioned models. The exaggerated sole unit immediately catches the eye and rather reminds of the Prophere, the latest release from Adidas. But then there’s also the subtle nubuck upper with a casual golden fabricated name emblem on the quarter. Executed in two simple colourway iterations of Core Black and Collegiate Burgundy, the restrained upper feels very familiar.

The gum outsole with wave-shaped patterns put a radical spin to the usual look. With all these things combined, the Kamanda might turn out to be one of the most interesting new sneakers coming out in this spring.
