The Air Jordan 1 Low OG Golf Has a “Shattered Backboard” Look! Sneaker trends 2022 with panelled accent colours, bright colours like classic style kicks, Very Peri, treaded platforms, and retro throwbacks are all in style for this generation. Now, Jordan Brand’s continued efforts to bridge the gap between hoops and golf and make golf ‘cool’ to a new audience.  This pair of Jordan brands is absolutely fire. 

So, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG Golf come up with the fan-favourite “Shattered Backboard” colourway. So, this time, orange leather on the overlays, black nubuck, and white leather on the base. The Jumpman on the tongue attributes GOLF stitched underneath with the Wings logo stamped on the heel tab in the colour white. The orange outsole features exaggerated teeth, and the rubber midsole is seen in white, with and grip on the fairways or rough nubs for traction.

The ‘Shattered Backboard’ scheme was first seen back in 2015. Though it already grew to become one of the Jumpman’s most popular palettes. The Air Jordan 1 Low OG Golf repurposes the original ‘Shattered Backboard’ colour blocking. Orange toe boxes, heels, outsoles and tongue detailing contrast with the cream and black base, while the shoe’s tweaked construction is nodded to on the tongues and insoles.

So, recently, The Air Jordan 1 Low OG Golf shoe appeared in a “Black,” “Starfish”, and “White” colourway. The forefoot indulges in pitch-dark panels, while the bulk of the upper divvies up the three hues. Jumpman Golf logos replace traditional “NIKE AIR” text on the Jordan 1-variant’s tongue label, while “Wings” logos. It that co-designed by the late Peter Moore. They reprise their original placement. The Golf Jordans feature a raised traction pattern, with tread underneath the football following a radial layout for champion-worthy performance.

For 2022, the basketball-inspired colourway has made its way onto the golf course with the unveiling of the Air Jordan 1 Low Golf “Shattered Backboard.” Instead of an all-leather upper, these feature nubuck paired with leather side panels. Sporting a “Black Toe” construction, black covers the eyestays, tongue, Swoosh, and toecap. Starfish orange is present on the toe box and back heel and the modified golf outsole. White finishes things off via the side panels, Wings logo on the back heel, tongue tag, and midsole.
