The adidas Rovermule Adventure Cardboard colourway is set to drop this week, and we got our first look at it earlier this summer. They’re slated to release on September 1st, and this specific colourway is inspired by the classic adidas Samba. It has a brown upper that almost looks like cardboard mixed with suede and black/white details throughout. The vintage design is finished off with a gum sole.

In the early 90s, the Samba was adidas’ first-ever soccer shoe to feature suede and synthetic leather on its upper portion of the shoes, which is what gives this latest model that cardboard feel. This new colourway is perfect for those fall weather days, so cop a pair while you can.

The adidas Rovermule Adventure's sleek, futuristic neoprene upper and topographic-inspired foam midsole make it the latest successful model from adidas. The collapsible heel allows the wearer to sport the model as either a mule or sneaker, adding to its convenience. Rounding out the final design cues is Three Stripes branding and textile lining.
