Nike Air Force 1 Low Metallic Silver DZ6755-100

The "Color of the Month" campaign from the mid-'80s has made a return for the 40th anniversary of Nike's Air Force 1 silhouette, providing a clear distinction between its premium retooled leather and that of its contemporaries. In addition to the colour being featured, each month will provide a unique graphic motif inspired by Air Force 1 history. The upper is white-grey, as is customary in this collection. This Air Force 1 includes the tongue and heel tabs, laces, and sock liner, in addition to the smooth leather overlays. The midfoot Checks may render a crisp white under some lighting conditions but appear shiny "Metallic Silver" from other angles.

The "white grey" colour is brought in by the heel panel mid. The former features a deep brown smooth leather while the latter boasts a coarser canvas treatment, providing a welcome contrast to all that "White." A bit of white can be found on each inner edge of the sole unit where it meets the shoe's upper. Smoke grey hues lay claim to the remaining design elements, including embroidered old-school "NIKE" text on the heel with its 'AIR' counterpart sitting amongst a solid white midsole along the entirety of the tread in conclusion.
