The classic Nike Air Force 1, designed by Bruce Kilgore and celebrating its 40th birthday, gets a fresh update with a sporty white colourway accented with lemon. The Air Force 1 is one of the all-time classic sneakers from Nike, and this fresh lemon colourway is a perfect way to celebrate its 40th birthday. Check out the new Nike Air Force 1 Low Utility White Racer Blue!
The white body has a sporty aesthetic thanks to the lemon accents, which are used along the heel strap, tongue tag, and on the outsole. A rich, tumbled leather upper, tonal leather swoosh logo and white sole make up the rest of the shoe’s clean aesthetic. Check out Nike Air Force 1: A Complete Guide to know more about the mythical AF1.
The mesh base on this AF1 is Sail-coloured, with smooth white leather overlays on the toe cap, mudguard, eye stay panel, heel tab and foxing. The tongue and sock liner are also nylon and follow suit colourwise. As mentioned, the sole unit is a clean white; however, some great details on this shoe make it a worthy custom to wear.
The “colourless” backdrop of this sneaker makes the blue pop out more. You’ll see the blue in the Swooshes on both sides of the shoe and on the tongue tab, insoles and heel tabs. The sole unit is a surprising lemon hue that completes the look of this kick. Tumbled leather, which was introduced in the early 2000s, is one of the most durable leather materials for sneakers. The material gives a luxurious feel but can last forever! This adaptable sneaker will look great with just about any casual outfit!
