Nike‘s upcoming women’s exclusive takes the aged aesthetic to a whole new level. Meet the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Washed Pink.
Spring is almost here, and so is the time for colours! Introduce that subtly with the upcoming release that enjoys the generation’s favourite pastel pink! The women’s version, while resembling the eagerly anticipated “Washed Heritage” shade, appears lighter in tone for spring. Rough, faded “Atmosphere”-tinted suede overlays decorate the mudguards, lacing systems, and heel counters.
The medial Nike Swooshes also enjoy the same colour, while the perforated toe boxes and quarters are covered in buttery white leather panels.
Meanwhile, the “Muslin” leather decorates the throat for a vintage appearance and sits below conventional ankle flaps bearing the white “Wings” logo of the mark. To add more aged features, nylon tongues are given a soft pink hue on the upper that sits atop yellowed midsoles to complete the look.
