Air Jordan 1 Low OG Voodoo Zion Williamson

August 24th, 2020 will be a significant day for Zion Williamson as the Jordan Brand player's second signature model, the Jordan Zion 2, was launched in stores. The Air Jordan 1 Low OG Voodoo Zion Williamson is dressed in conventional hues, materials, and motifs inspired by African religion. It has become a part of the New Orleans community since its debut in the "Voodoo" colourway. The Zion 2 will initially release in the "Air" and "Water" colourways, with each representing one of the four elements. The Air colourway is inspired by Williamson's explosiveness and power on the court, while the Water colourway pays tribute to his connection to water and how it represents life.

The Nike Jordan Zion is a performance basketball shoe that is designed to provide support and lockdown for Williamson's lightning-quick first step and lateral movement. The Zion 2 features a knit upper with a TPU cage for support and a full-length Zoom Air unit for responsive cushioning.

The Jordan Zion 2 "Voodoo" is a white and purple performance model that is built with a breathable mesh upper, TPU overlays for support, and a full-length Zoom Air cushioning. The outsole contains unique herringbone traction and an updated forefoot plate that provides added stability during sharp cuts. Williamson's signature is also present on the tongue.

To commemorate the release, Zion Williamson just unveiled an Air Jordan 1 Low OG "Voodoo." It has hemp, canvas, and suede materials with the Voodoo skull logo on the heel, similar to the AJ1Low. Exterior stitching implies a possible future release with a Voodoo Doll aesthetic tongue placed upside down.
