As MJ’s daughter, it’s likely that Jasmine Jordan has a substantial collection of PEs. About seven years ago, one such pair was seen on her feet – and as a release is now completely improbable, the only way we can enjoy the extremely rare Air Jordan 1 is through English Sole’s photography. The Jasmine Jordan Air Jordan 1 Pinnacle Green Croc shoe is significant for several reasons. First, it was a PE, which meant that it was never intended for public consumption – Jasmine’s father presumably had these made for her (or maybe she designed them herself). Second, the colourway is unique, with a white base and blue accents. Third, and most importantly, this is the only known pair of Air Jordan 1s in existence with the “Wings” logo on the heel, which was later incorporated into the Jordan Brand logo.

As its name suggests, the “Pinnacle” PE is dripping in luxurious details. In addition to gilded Swooshes and eyelets, the upper incorporates a croc-textured suede whose colour mirrors that of high-end material. Elsewhere, brighter greens are used on adjacent laces and midsole, gum bottoms are situated underfoot, and gold-coloured markings dress the tongue label as well as the fingerprint-clad sockliner. This information is all according to English Sole, who also provided background on the shoe. Apparently, it was created in 2013 but was never released until seven years later. Jasmine recently wore them out and about in London, which is how they were first brought to light. To get a better look at Jasmine Jordan’s Air Jordan 1, see below. English Sole reports that it is unclear how many pairs of these shoes exist, but they believe the number to be between 20 and 50.
