Air Jordan 6 Acid Wash Denim Toddler DX6177-100

Nike has recently applied acid wash denim to a number of its classics, as evidenced by the release of several new looks. Jordan Brand, too, is interested in this trend, as the Nike Air Jordan 1 Mid and Air Jordan 1 Low have already followed suit. The Air Jordan 6 Acid Wash Denim Toddler will soon join them; it'll be released in what seems to be a kids-only size range.

The sneaker features a white leather base with grey and black overlays. The highlight, however, is the acid wash denim that covers the toe, heel, and eyelets. A Jumpman logo on the tongue and a Nike Air hit on the heel provide some branding, while a white midsole and icy blue outsole complete the look. Branded with black text and matching Jumpman logos, this AJ 6 should hit select retailers as well as Nike.com within the next few months. For now, sit tight as we await further updates.

The denim, with its acid wash treatment creating dark streaks through the material, overlays a neutral-coloured canvas. Adjacent, complimentary “University Blue” hits to mark the sole and heel pull, while cream and white dress the PS and TD tongues, respectively. Elsewhere, perforations detail the toe, which is a nice touch considering the often-overlooked panel.
