We can call it one of the most exciting collaborations in 2021. And the alliance between Patta and Nike is in honour of the Air Max 1. Four colourways trickled into the market in the latter half of the remaining year. Each one is selling out within minutes of its release. So now, the Dutch imprint slates to improve this tablet in 2022. After surfacing previously this year through leaked photos, the Swoosh formally unveiled the kicks.

The new colourway of the Patta Air Max 1 “Waves” appeared, inflicting a ripple of hype as pictures caught the eyes of social media and media outlets. Along with the reliable pictures of that new colourway now emerging, it’s clear that Patta and Nike are dropping a 2nd batch of the “Waves”. Brighter neutral tones are the focal factor of this collab’s presentation.

Covering most of the top half is a smooth white hue that lands on the tongues overlays on the toe bins and quarters, as nicely as the curvy mudguards. Lighter hits of grey act as complementary hits as they spill onto the Swooshes, mesh panels on the toe packing containers and collars, co-branded tongues, and miniature Nike tests embroidered into the forefoot. Midsole portions are common with an off-white outer, which elements the sneakers with a contact of antique flair.
