The iconic bullet-train theme makes a comeback this year as Nike Air Max 97 EOI Corduroy Grey. The classic velvety textile and the subtle colour-pops of the brandings, tabs, or the midsole make this monotone grey silo amazing to look at! However, the focus is not on the colour scheme. Since you have been with us all this time, you already know a thing or two about Nike’s bullet-train theme. Following Christian Tresser’s design, this particular silo joins the winter race right on time. But to be honest, we still don’t know when the actual release date is. Just keep it locked on our socials at FastSoleUK. We will update as fast as we can.

You can’t miss out on this Christmas treat from the Swoosh team unless you have your eyes and sneaker hunting radar stuck on something else. Although we highly doubt you can ignore this classic Air trainer because it’s newly wrapped and decorated for the future! The corduroy walls and the synthetic leather material indeed make the best team. As a result, your feet can stay snug and fresh regardless of the season. The colours look a bit gloomy because of the Grey tonal shades all over. But the vibrant red and green accents take away the attention.

What crosses your head when you look at this silo? We’ll go first- Flash! Of course, this theme has nothing to do with the super-speedy comic book character. But the gloomy grey corduroy-leather upper body and the sudden flashes of red-green make it seem like that. Tonal grey corduroy underlays and smooth leather overlays go as monochrome as possible. As a result, the volt green and red accents pop up from the brandings, Air Max underfoot, and the lace loops. Finally, a multicolour Air Max embroidery on the back-tab and white midsole finish off.

The last two releases were Golf NRG Celestial Gold White and Golf Wings White Topaz Mist. While this Nike Air Max 97 EOI Corduroy Grey looks totally different from those, it’s a winner anyway! It will release on 4th March via listed UK and European retailers. Keep up with us for updates.
