Here we’re again with another Swoosh Air honouring its roots. Nike Air Max 97 First Use Off-White Multi will drop soon with a gorgeous colour scheme and the classic Nike Swoosh logo design. As of now, we have seen multiple trainers for running from this range and the “First Use” theme. So, you already know what this all is about. It was way back in 1971 when Carolyn Davidson changed the logo game for this brand and designed the first Swoosh. In 50 years, the design was re-decorated and re-used multiple times. However, this release will show appreciation for the original one. Don’t worry. The features and engineering are still from modern times so that your feet can score the highest in sneaker games!
Apart from being a classic trainer, the Nike Air Max 97 series has always been the pioneer of everything best! This series has premium construction and every time releases with season-friendly colour schemes. For example, this one flaunts Off White and Multi combination, where bold crimson red and cobalt blue are the brightest accents. As a result, the rest of the show stays Off-White or crisp white. It’s a simple and kind of common palette, sure. But the Air aesthetics and the iconic Nike arrangements keep it at the top of everyone’s priority. And the Carolyn Davidson OG Swoosh does play its own role properly. Follow us on @FastSoleUK to check out more.
First of all, let’s see what colour scheme exactly does this Air Max stunner bring for us. As you can see, the base is painted in Off-White almost all over, including the classic Ai Max 97 waves on the sidewall, the mudguard, tongue tab, and the inner lining. So, the bold accents from red and blue pop from the branding and laces. The navy blue on the laces jumps out brightly for starters, leading to the multiple Nike branding stamp on the sidewall wave. Right after that, you will notice the original Nike Swoosh taking the lateral sidewall and the modern one on the medial side. The lateral side also tells the original date, “First Use June 18, 1971”. A metallic golden Swoosh deubre takes the midfoot, and a vivid red Air Max midsole sits underfoot.
This traditional Air Max 97 goes with premium leather, nylon, and fuzzy suede for the construction. Suede crafts the mudguard, while the rest of the materials rule the upper body. Finally, a refreshing white midsole finishes it off.
Nike Air Max 97 First Use Off-White Multi will release soon via listed UK and European retailers.
