Among the raining collaborations in the sneaker world, Stray Rats have come forward to join hands with New Balance. However, it is not the first time Julian Consuegra's graphic-heavy clothing label has teamed up with the footwear powerhouse. After releasing new New Balance 990V3, 827, and 991 ensembles over the recent years, they are back with a reunion. This time, playing around with New Balance 580. The outcome: Stray Rats x New Balance 580 Teal Green. The duo takes the helm in the upcoming release, and let us see how!

The NB team and other sneaker giants are catching up in the collaboration game. The team has high-profile collaborations on and revival of archived silhouettes. Its collab with Stray Rats showcases one of the brand's made-in-Japan models: the NB 580 from 1996. As you can see, the latest silhouette enjoys a vibrant colourway. Conversely, teal and green make up the palette, while other contrasting colours come to the scene. Firstly, olive green forms the lining of the toe, laterals and heel counter.

On the other hand, silver fills up the toe and the top part of the heel counter. Besides, the N logo introduces a pop of blue. Regardless, the vibrant pink adds jazz as it dresses the laces, lining and details on the lateral sides. Furthermore, a hue of purple also adds to the arrangement. The construction is put together by mesh and suede on the base. Lastly, the midsole receives silver, neon and a pop of purple to complete the design.
