Your dreams’ neutral colour palette is here as New Balance announces its latest collab with The Basement in the new The Basement New Balance 2002R Earth Brown. The basement collab in the sneaker world is not new, as we have seen them join hands with Nike in their Air Max 90 line earlier. But this time, it’s bigger, better and browner! Brown is all of our comfort colours as it exhibits a sense of cosy warm feeling. That is exactly how we would describe the latest kicks a well!
Firstly, let’s talk about the dreamy colourway. The brown, beige, sand, black and nude colour makes up the upper and is straight out of the Huda Beauty eyeshadow palettes. The toe box is light sand, and a darker nude colour outlines it. The sand colour slightly makes its way on the lateral sides as well.
Additionally, the tongue tab is black to enhance the look. The brown leather adds the luxe touch that makes the pair top-notch. The black also makes its way on the tip of the toe box. Furthermore, the N logo is black and perfectly shines through on the brown leather base.
The chunky midsole is another highlight of the silhouette. It is black to provide the colour breakage, and we are swooning over it! There’s no such thing as too many browns, and we are bound to agree to that by looking at these exquisite kicks.
