This lifestyle sneaker, known for its soft, pillow-like cushioning, is the successor to the Element 87 and 55 models. Its thick, surrealist React foam midsole sets new standards in footwear design.
The “Black Safety Orange” edition boasts a black mesh upper with suede and synthetic overlays around the eyestays while a grey Swoosh outline adds style to the sidewalls, and the D/MS/X branding on the tongue and sock liners nods to Dimension Six, a name Phil Knight, the founder of Blue Ribbon Sports, once considered for the brand.
Meanwhile, orange accents pop on the stitching and pull tabs, giving a vibrant contrast to the stealthy design. Rubber pods under the dark grey React midsole ensure long-lasting traction.
Pair these kicks with black joggers or slim-fit track pants, and throw on a white oversized t-shirt or a cropped hoodie. The white balances the black and allows the orange accents to pop.
