When it comes to sneakers, there is no greater sensation than one of collaboration such as this. The adidas NMD R1 Bape Olive Camo is breaking the internet and causing pandemonium among Nomad runners’ fans. Just a few months ago, the Mastermind Japan NMD debuted on the market. That pair was gone in seconds and sold out everywhere. It was only a matter of time before the world saw something similar from BAPE.
This is not the first time that adidas and BAPE have worked together. Back in 2003, the two brands collaborated on a line of apparel that was very popular. In 2016, they teamed up again to release a limited edition run of the NMD R1. This time around, they have taken it to the next level with an even more limited release of the BAPE x adidas NMD Camo.
The wait is over, and the design has been revealed. This shoe comes with a soft, neoprene-like mesh covering on the top that reveals the complete BAPE camo pattern. This sneaker also comes in a dark colour option that goes with traditional khakis and greens of the urban camo style. The iconic BAPE logo can be seen on the heel tab and insole.
This is an extremely limited release, with only 500 pairs made available to the public. If you are lucky enough to get your hands on a pair, you will be one of the select few who own a piece of history. The BAPE x adidas NMD Camo is sure to be a hot commodity and will resell for well over retail price.
