It looks like the Waffle tech from Nike releases isn’t going away anytime soon. Here’s Nike Waffle One Yellow Burgundy, wearing a brand new colour scheme for the next season. We recently got some gorgeous trainers for running from this particular range, and most of those came out rolling with bright palettes. However, this Yellow Burgundy pair is confusing. Whether to call it bright or not? After all, the only bright accent is the yellow Swoosh.

First of all, it’s the colour palette that steals attention. This Waffle One wears Burgundy on its base, and the heel counters only to get a sassy contrast from bright Yellow Nike Swoosh and inner lining. But that’s not all. The forefoot shows off a layer painted orange. Notice the overlays on the forefoot, heel, and eyelets; you will see a dark obsidian navy ruling over there. And the laces and the foam midsole balance the theme with crisp white. The black Waffle One outsole is no stranger to sneaker enthusiasts.

So, what’s with the construction? The walls are made of premium translucent nylon grid mesh that keeps the silo flexible and durable for every activity. Likewise, the suede overlays ensure maximum comfort. Let’s not forget the cushioning from the foam midsole and the Nike Waffle One outsole grip.
