You may not be familiar with Joseph Junior Adenuga, but surely you have heard the name Skepta. A famous English grime artist, rapper, songwriter, record producer and music video director. When Nike decided to collaborate with him, we were blessed with last years Skepta x Nike Air Max 97 which was a scorching success. Following last year’s triumph, the British grime artist has yet once again teamed up with the Swoosh for another collaborative sneaker. Unlike the first one, the Skepta Sk Air II is a hybrid of 2 of Nike’s most iconic silhouettes. The upper is taken from the Air Max BW, which then perfectly infuses the midsole from an Air Max 97. White and blue colour contrast appears on the left Swoosh and air unit, while red takes its place on the right one. Sneaker lovers are going to be more than happy if Nike continues to hybrid sneakers from their archive.
