Nike’s Air Force 1 sneaker (or AF1) was originally released in 1982, during a time when basketball sneakers were bulky and heavy. This cream-coloured upper is stylishly coordinated with colour-matched laces, a smooth leather base layer and sock liner. The tongue construction features a delightful faded cantaloupe hue, while the mudguard sees an eye-catching dark tan contrast in suede material. Red Swooshes proudly extend from the original 1972 tooling design and are accentuated by classic embroidery on cream-coloured suede tongue tabs as well as delicate pink trimming. Topping off the sleek, all-black look with a stylish touch of hippie flair, miniaturized Checks are placed at the forefoot and “72” insignias are attached to the tongue.
