The renowned "Ugly Dunkling" Pack returned in 2020 and 2021, bringing back the sought-after Japan-exclusive Dunks to a wider audience. After those bright suede shoes, Nike has released a few more colourways of both Low and High top versions, incorporating this newest Dunk with elements of some of the original releases. The Nike Dunk High Chenille Swoosh Black Orange, The second version of the Dunk Low, is identical to its precursor, except for a few design flourishes and the distinctive shade of green for the Swoosh and heel tab.

Nike's latest Dunk Low's "Pine Green" colourway is a homage to one of Nike's most renowned Japan-only releases. The shaggy soft suedes make a comeback in this release, with a plum red toe box, mid-panel, and ankle. The Swoosh logo is less noticeable in an old mauve tone that matches the laces, adding to the ACG style. Speckling on the midsole adds to the ACG feel. Nike is replacing the old Low Dunk silhouette with a new Nike Dunk High Chenille Swoosh Black Orange design modelled after one of the company's most successful Japan-only releases.
