Even though it isn't celebrating a milestone anniversary, the Air Jordan 4 has been popular over the last year because of interesting new styles and lots of other silhouettes being available. In 2023, Tinker Hatfield's second design for Michael Jordan will be released in an Air Jordan 4 SE Craft Photon Dust look. The Air Jordan 4 is one of the most well-known and celebrated silhouettes in Jordan Brand's expansive catalogue. The model was originally released on January 22nd, 1989, with visible air featured on it. It also features MJ's number "23" on a heel tab, which was an element that had debuted the year before with a Nike Dunk High. The next couple of decades saw several different iterations of the shoe release.

The upcoming sneakers in the Craft series will feature hairy suede and smooth leather uppers with yellowed, semi-translucent details at the vamp and ankle flaps. The “aged” touch compliments the combination of colours well, including "Pale Vanilla," "Grey Fog," and "Flat Pewter." Two Jumpman logos will be displayed on the heel and tongue, while an icy blue outsole completes the look. The mesh construction of the tongue and profile windows is abandoned in favour of an ostensibly leather panel laden with a raised square pattern. Jumpman logos appear on the Air Jordan‘s spine, forgoing any “NIKE AIR” branding. Underfoot, the visible Air-assisted sole unit indulges in all of the aforementioned tones, rounding out the Craft edition of #23’s fourth signature model.
